Do I need to complete the MRR Leak Diagnostic first?

It is strongly recommended but not mandatory. The Diagnostic means the first advisory month builds on a shared strategic foundation rather than spending time establishing what the problems are.

If you have a recent, comprehensive audit from elsewhere that covers the same ground, that can serve as the foundation instead. Discuss on the discovery call.

Can you work alongside our existing SEO agency?

Yes, and this is a common setup. The agency handles execution capacity: content production, link building, technical implementation.

The Advisory provides the strategic layer that their work is accountable to. Every agency deliverable gets reviewed against the MRR Growth Methodology and the month’s agreed priorities.

What happens if the engagement is not working?

30 days notice to exit, no questions asked, no exit fees. If performance is not meeting agreed targets, that conversation happens before it becomes a termination notice.

The goal is to find the gap and fix it together, not to hold you in an engagement that is not delivering.

How do you handle different time zones?

All advisory clients are managed remotely across time zones. Strategy calls are scheduled within your working hours. Async communication runs throughout the business day in your timezone.
