Fractional Head of SEO SEO and AI search leadership for SaaS and fintech
Senior SEO leadership without a full‑time hire. I own your search strategy, set your team's priorities and report on the revenue it brings in, 8 to 10 hours a week inside your Slack.

Questions
Fractional Head of SEO FAQ
What does a fractional Head of SEO do?
Everything a full-time Head of SEO does, on part-time hours. I own your search strategy, set priorities for your writers and developers, review the work and report on the signups and revenue it brings in.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work with me directly, inside your Slack, and I'm measured on revenue, not traffic. I also help you build your own team, so the knowledge stays in your company.
Do you write the content or do the technical work?
I lead, brief and review. Your writers and developers do the hands-on work. If you don't have that team yet, I'll help you hire and onboard it.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Search compounds. Three months gives your team time to ship the first wave of fixes and content, and gives us real data to build on.
What results can we expect?
When your team follows the roadmap, you should see more qualified traffic, signups and revenue from search, with the biggest wins tackled first. It's the same approach behind 634K → 1M+ paid users at Beaver Builder and $80K → $1.3M ARR at Resume Example. Nobody controls Google or AI assistants, so I won't promise exact rankings or dates.
Do we need a Search Revenue Audit first?
Most engagements start with one so month one has a clear plan. If you already have a recent audit, send it over and we'll decide on the call.
What happens after the first 3 months?
We continue month to month. Either side can end the engagement with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with companies outside SaaS and fintech?
Rarely. SaaS and fintech are my focus and where my results come from. Other businesses are considered case by case, when search is already a proven growth channel and the budget matches the scope. Betting, gambling, adult (18+) and MLM businesses are outside my scope.
