About the Engagements.
– What types of companies do you work with?
My primary focus is SaaS, fintech, and enterprise tech companies in the US, UK, Nigeria, Australia, and other English-speaking markets.
I work with companies at every stage from seed through Series B, with the sweet spot being companies generating between $500K and $10M ARR who need senior organic growth strategy to scale.
– What is the difference between the Growth Clarity Session, the MRR Leak Diagnostic, and the Organic Growth Advisory?
The Growth Clarity Session is your entry point – a focused working session where we diagnose your biggest organic revenue leaks and hand you a prioritized action plan your team can implement immediately.
The MRR Leak Diagnostic goes deeper – a 2-week engagement that applies the full MRR Growth Methodology across your entire organic funnel and delivers a Revenue Growth Blueprint your team uses as the strategic foundation for the next 6–12 months.
The Organic Growth Advisory is ongoing monthly consulting. You have completed the Diagnostic, your team has the Blueprint – I stay on to review their output, course-correct, and set direction month by month. Maximum 3 clients at any time.
Most clients start with the Growth Clarity Session, move to the Diagnostic when they want the full picture, and then to the Advisory when they want ongoing strategic direction.
– Do I need to have an existing SEO strategy in place?
No. I work with companies at every stage of organic maturity; from those who have never invested in SEO to those who have been at it for years and are not seeing revenue results.
The diagnostic stage of every engagement identifies where you are before any strategy is set.
– Do you offer one-off consulting or only retainers?
Yes – both.
The Growth Clarity Session and MRR Leak Diagnostic are one-time fixed-scope engagements.
The Organic Growth Advisory is the ongoing option.
You can start with either one-time engagement and move to the Advisory if it makes sense, or use the one-time output entirely with your internal team.
– How many clients do you work with at once?
Growth Clarity Sessions and MRR Leak Diagnostics are taken on as availability allows, typically 3 – 4 Growth Clarity Sessions and one Diagnostic per month.
Working Together.
– Do you work internationally?
Yes – entirely. My client base spans the US, UK, Australia, Ireland and Africa. All engagements run remotely.
I have managed client relationships across continents for years without in-person meetings.
Timezone differences are non-issues in my standard operating model.
– How do you communicate during an engagement?
Strategy calls via Zoom or Google Meet, async communication via Slack or email, and all deliverables shared through Google Drive or Notion.
I adapt to your team’s existing tools wherever possible.
– Do you work with our existing content team or agency?
Yes; this is the standard setup. I provide strategic direction. Your content team or agency executes.
I review their output and ensure it is aligned with the revenue-first strategy. I work alongside agencies regularly as the strategic layer above them.
– Do I need to complete the Growth Clarity Session before the MRR Leak Diagnostic?
No – but most clients find it the natural starting point.

– What access do you need to get started?
For the Growth Clarity Session: view-only GSC and GA4 access is sufficient.
The preparatory analysis is completed before the call so the session itself is spent on strategy, not data collection.
– Can we terminate the retainer if it is not working?
Yes, 30 days notice to end a retainer engagement. No long-term contracts, no exit fees.
If the engagement is not delivering what we agreed, I want to know about it and fix it before we get to a termination conversation.
Pricing and timelines.
– What does a typical engagement cost?
Growth Clarity Session: $1,500 flat. One-time, delivered within 5 business days.
MRR Leak Diagnostic: $3,500. One-time, delivered within 2 weeks.
Organic Growth Advisory: $3,000/month. Ongoing, maximum 3 clients, 30-day notice to exit.
Enterprise or multi-product scopes are priced on application – contact me directly.
– Do you require a deposit?
Growth Clarity Session: paid in full upfront to confirm your booking.
MRR Leak Diagnostic: 50% deposit to confirm, remainder due on delivery of the Revenue Growth Blueprint.
Organic Growth Advisory: billed monthly in advance. No long-term contract. Exit with 30 days notice.
– How long does it take to see results?
The Growth Clarity Session delivers your prioritised action plan within 48 hours of the call. The MRR Leak Diagnostic delivers the full Revenue Growth Blueprint within 2 weeks.
How quickly those recommendations move your organic revenue depends on three things: your current domain authority, how competitive your target keyword clusters are, and how fast your team implements.
As a general guide – technical fixes typically show results in 4–8 weeks, content strategy moves in 2–4 months, and authority compounds over 6–12 months. The MRR Growth Methodology sequences every recommendation to deliver the fastest revenue impact first, so you are not waiting 12 months to see whether the strategy is working.
– Can we start with something smaller before committing to a larger engagement?
Yes; the Growth Clarity Session is specifically designed for this. For $1,500 you get a focused 90-minute working session, a diagnosis of your biggest organic revenue leaks, and a prioritised action plan your team can start implementing immediately.
Many clients use this as the first step before moving to the MRR Leak Diagnostic or the Organic Growth Advisory.
– Do you offer refunds?
Growth Clarity Session: non-refundable once the preparatory analysis has begun. If you need to reschedule the call, 48 hours notice is required.
MRR Leak Diagnostic: the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the final Revenue Growth Blueprint does not meet the agreed scope I will revise it at no additional cost.
Organic Growth Advisory: the current month is non-refundable but the engagement can be exited with 30 days notice. No exit fees.

– What is the MRR Growth Methodology?
It is a proprietary diagnostic framework built from 10 years of pattern recognition across SaaS and fintech organic funnels.
It organizes 220+ documented revenue leak patterns across four diagnostic layers: acquisition architecture, conversion architecture, activation architecture, and retention architecture.
Every engagement I run is built on this framework.
– Is the methodology publicly documented anywhere?
The framework is explained at /mrr-growth-methodology.
The full pattern library is proprietary and applied within engagements, not published publicly.
– How is this different from a standard SEO audit or strategy?
A standard SEO strategy optimizes for rankings and traffic. The MRR Growth Methodology optimizes for monthly recurring revenue.
Every decision is evaluated against its expected MRR impact, not its traffic or ranking potential. The output is a Revenue Growth Blueprint, not a keyword list or a content calendar.
